Through our delivery theme of 'digital community' we are committed to Improving digital infrastructure and connectivity, providing people and businesses with the skills and technology needed to enhance their lives.

Collaboration and inclusion
We will work digitally in partnership to seamlessly tackle complex issues by connecting with partners to share knowledge and resources. We will ensure people have access to technology, devices and the skills and the confidence to flourish.
We will:
- encourage small to medium sized enterprises (SMEs) to make use of national and regional funding opportunities to further our economic objectives
- in partnership, make the most of available investment, working with national teams, partners and other local authorities (LAs) on joint initiatives
- support access to hardware
- carbon, environment, sustainability and social value
- ensure information can be meaningfully shared between partner organisations, adhering to rigorous information governance policies and procedures
- work with communities, businesses and citizens to make the most of the technical solutions developed in the community.
