Customer Access Points

Make an appointment to visit one of our customer access points if you need help with our services, and are having difficulty contacting us online or over the phone. The following links give details of our opening hours and the services we can help you with:

Administrative headquarters

For some services such as the Durham County Record Office or to view certain planning applications you may be asked to visit our administrative headquarters which is located on the outskirts of Durham City. Find out more about County Hall and how to get there.
