Planning of pupil places

We publish a  Pupil Place Planning in Durham Schools and Academies (PDF) [1MB]  document which explains how we make sure there are enough school places for all children in County Durham. It tells you how we organise schools to make sure the highest possible quality of education is offered to children in our county and how we make sure that our schools are viable and sustainable for the long term. The document shows projected rolls for each primary and secondary school up to 2034/35 as well as planned places in special schools in the county. It also shows the ages catered for in our early years settings.
