What you can do online when your account is set up

You can:

• check your account, including your outstanding balance, future instalments and bill transactions
• change your payment method (for example set up a direct debit)
• view your bills online
• tell us about any change in your personal details (eg name, contact information)
• see account details that are updated instantly, so the information is always accurate
• access business rates and housing benefit payment information
• apply for and cancel an exemption or discount if you are a student, apprentice or carer or you receive child benefit
