Set up or change your Council Tax direct debit

When you set up or change your Council Tax direct debit, you have a choice of:

• how many instalments you pay over the year
• the date that you want to set your direct debit up for

Your direct debit changes in line with your bill

Once you're set up to pay by direct debit, you don't need to cancel it before you receive your next bill. Your direct debit will automatically change in line with any changes to your bill.
