Knock Out Depression - a seven week course for dads and male carers. It combines boxing training with themed class group support to help you understand and manage depression. Knock Out Depression is a group that helps you to feel like YOU again. When asking for help with depression, treatment options are often limited to antidepressants and talking therapy, which may take time to access. | From 10.00am to 12 noon on:
