Sharing success (County Durham Cree Network)
Cree groups provide invaluable support to improve member mental health and wellbeing. Crees provide Public Health and Durham Community Action with case study information every six months as part of the evaluation and monitoring process. Case studies collated across the network highlight how Cree groups build strength, resilience and emotional wellbeing for vulnerable people across County Durham.
