Starting solids - Is a free 90-minute workshop and looks at how to know your baby is ready to start solids, suitable first foods and progress to finger foods and family foods. Healthy Teeth - Is a free 90-minute workshop that looks at how consuming certain foods and drinks can affect our teeth, healthy swaps and toothbrushing, how, when to start and strategies for encouraging our children to clean teeth. Let's Talk at Home - For parents and carers of children aged 3 to 4 years. WellComm early language screening session - To identify children aged 3 and 4 year olds who may be experiencing barriers to speech and language development, and provide strategies and activities for parents to use at home. Drop-in

Knock Out Depression - a seven week course for dads and male carers. It combines boxing training with themed class group support to help you understand and manage depression. Knock Out Depression is a group that helps you to feel like YOU again. When asking for help with depression, treatment options are often limited to antidepressants and talking therapy, which may take time to access.
