• By post - cheques/postal orders should be made payable to "NSL Limited" and sent by post to The Parking Shop, Suite 1, Forster House, Forster Business Centre, Finchale Road, Durham DH1 5HL. Allow two working days for 1^st class post and 5 for 2^nd class.  If you require a receipt, please enclose a stamped addressed envelope.

•  In person - payment may also be made in person at: The Parking Shop, Suite 1, Forster House, Forster Business Centre, Finchale Road, Durham DH1 5HL. The office is open Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 4.00pm (closed on weekends and Bank Holidays).

How much it costs

The cost of parking fines depends on what you have done - fines are £50 or £70.

If you pay within 14 days, the cost will be reduced by 50%.

What to do if you do not agree with the fine

• If it's attached to the vehicle's windscreen or handed to the vehicle's driver, you can make an informal challenge.
• If it cannot be issued at the time of the offence, it will be sent by post and will automatically move to the next stage of the process as a Notice to Owner.
