Working alongside the police, and us, you are able to provide a safer environment for your customers and staff. The more successful our scheme is, the safer our city streets become, resulting in a reduction in violent crime in the evening and early hours.

Training

Along with Durham Constabulary, we provide free training courses for you and your staff on:

  • Conflict Management
  • Drug Awareness 
  • Counter Terrorism

You'll also be able to take advantage of heavily discounted British Institute of Innkeeping (BII) approved training courses.

Free health check

Our assessments and spot checks provide you with a free health check for your business. It also gives you an opportunity to show how well you run your business.

Best Bar None is a national award scheme, recognised as best practice by the Home Office and the alcohol industry. It promotes partnership working with us and the police, rather than enforcement.
