Parkinson's disease


This course is elearning and available through the Care Academy. It aims to increase your knowledge and understanding of Parkinson's disease.

Who the course is for

This course is for all health and social care staff. 

Learning method

The course is an elearning course consisting of three learning outcomes and will take you approximately 60 minutes to complete. You must complete all sections of the course in order to access the test. 

What you will learn

The course will help you understand:

  • what Parkinson's disease is 
  • signs and symptoms of Parkinson's disease
  • treatment and support in Parkinson's disease
