Renting one of our garage plots

Garage plots are rented under a 12 month licence, then year to year after that. Either side can end the licence by giving one month's notice in writing. 

The garage plot may only be used for parking purposes, no new garages are to be erected.

We only provide plots of land. If you'd prefer to rent a garage or want to speak to someone about your garage rental, contact a housing association.

Costs

There is a one off fee of £225 including VAT when you first take on the plot, as well as £75 including VAT for the year. After your first year, you pay £75 including VAT per year.

Tell us when you no longer want your garage plot

You must tell us if you no longer want your garage plot, so that we can allocate it to the next person on our waiting list.
