Children and young people's immunisation programme

Vaccination begins when babies are two months old and end when they are teenagers. It is important your child completes the immunisation programme.

The programme provides protection against infections such as:

• diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, polio, Hib and hepatitis B
• measles, mumps and rubella
• pneumococcal
• respiratory illnesses such as flu or Covid-19
• HPV
