The Licensing Act 2003 places a duty on us as a licensing authority to review our licensing policies at least every five years.

What the Licensing Act 2003 covers
- Personal licence for alcohol - licences to individuals for the retail sale of alcohol.
- Apply for a premises licence - the licensing of a premises for the retail sale of alcohol or the provision of regulated entertainment or late-night refreshment.
- Club premises certificate - permitting the supply of alcohol or the provision of regulated entertainment at clubs.
- Temporary Event Notices (TENs) - the licensing of specific activities on a temporary basis.
