Horden Masterplan delivery information events

We are holding events from this week to give an update on the delivery of our Masterplan for the community.

We are hosting a public exhibition this Thursday 14 September at Horden Welfare Centre between 1pm and 7pm, to update people and answer questions.

A series of drop-in sessions will then take place as follows:

• Tuesday 19 September, 9.30am to 12.30pm, Horden Youth and Community Centre
• Monday 25 September, 12pm to 4.30pm, Horden Hub House
• Monday 2 October, 10am to 2pm, Horden Salvation Army Hall
• Friday 6 October, 9am to 12pm, Horden Library
• Monday 9 October, 9.30am to 12.30pm, Horden Family Centre

Cllr James Rowlandson, our Cabinet member for resources, investment and assets, said: "We have been working hard to develop proposals to help regenerate Horden within the resources we have available to us, following the government's rejection of our Levelling Up bid for the community.

"We are pleased now to be in a position to update people that live and work in Horden and we hope as many of them as possible will attend the events over the coming weeks to find out more and ask any questions."
